Use In the Steamy Wonder
Developed from Traditional Ayurvedic recipes for use in the Steamy Wonder. The Ayurvedic Lymph Oil is an integral part of the process and protocol for the Detox Treatment (formerly Purification and Maximum Detox), and the Toning Treatment (Formerly Weightloss and Cellulite). Apply to lymph nodes underneath ears, down the neck, underarms, inside thighs, inside elbows, and behind knees, in the course of the initial full body massage, before applying the Body Polish.
Use in Lymphatic Massage
Ayurvedic Lymph Oil can be applied specifcally to lymph nodes, or massaged into the entire body. Spot application botanically stimulates lymphatic flow, in the course of a massage with another Body Oil. Used alone to massage the entire body, ALO botanically supports deep systemic lymphatic drainage and flow.
Dry Brush
Enhance your dry brushing practice by adding a few drops of Ayurvedic Lymph Oil to the tips of a natural bristle brush or loofah, before lightly brushing the skin's surface in sweeping rhythmic strokes.
